


Light Brown Sugar
All-purpose brown sugar for baking, including cookies, cakes, and bread, where a more subtle molasses flavor is preferred.
Refined white sugar with a lower proportion of molasses added back (approx. 3.5% molasses content). Color: Warm, golden-tan. Texture: Moist, fine, and compact, but less so than dark brown sugar. Flavor: Milder, gentle caramel and toffee notes.
