We start with a non-binding initial consultation in which we discuss your requirements and goals. This is followed by a quotation, document comparison and – if agreed – structured project management through to delivery and aftercare. All steps are transparently documented.

MATO GROSSO EXPORTS offers various payment models – tailored to project size, customer experience and legal framework conditions. In practice, we prefer to work with prepayment models, cash against documents (CAD) or escrow accounts.
Although letters of credit (L/C) are formally possible, they are rarely used in the Brazilian export business, as in practice they are associated with a high level of bureaucracy, long processing times and high costs.
