Recipes where a rich, bold molasses flavor is desired, such as gingerbread, chocolate cake, baked beans, and barbecue sauces.
Refined white sugar with a high proportion of molasses added back (approx. 6.5% molasses content). Color: Deep, dark brown. Texture: Very moist, fine, and compact. Flavor: Strong, pronounced molasses, toffee, and almost smoky notes.
